At Babylox, we’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.


📦 Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong product

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.


💰 Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation


🔁 Replacement Policy

Instead of refunds, we may offer a replacement in case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Incorrect item received


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery


🚚 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
