Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.
However, returns may be accepted only in the following cases:

💰 Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

Prepaid Orders: Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

Instead of refunds, we may offer a replacement in case of:
